Received the wrong item

If the customer receiving the wrong item and tshobbyshop is negligent in the shipment inspection of the item, then the consumer has the right to return it free of shipping charge. tshobbyshop is responsible for sending back the right item to the consumer with all shipping charges borne to tshobbyshop.
